The warp threads are dyed using indigo rope dyeing, which means the dye doesn't penetrate all the way to the core of the thread, allowing you to enjoy the unique texture of denim as it ages. With a weight of 10.5oz, they are suitable for all seasons.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"auto\"\u003eFurthermore, we've incorporated \"e-flow,\" a next-generation processing technology that minimizes the burden on the environment. This technology significantly reduces the amount of water and chemicals used while ensuring even distribution of chemicals and dyes throughout the denim.
