Designer Junpei Oshio was born in 1982. After graduating from Bunka Fashion College, he worked as an assistant at a French fashion brand before returning to Japan. He officially opened The Jean Pierre at 23SS. The brand is based on the concept of "clothes that carry memories", providing unisex products mainly shirts, and launching high-quality items that can be spent with people wearing the brand's clothes.

Junpei Oshio's previous job was mainly in production management, so he has a deep relationship with the factory, and is able to incorporate many sewing and processing techniques that are generally considered difficult, and provide affordable products.
