SAGE NATION

London-based brand "sage.NATION", launched in 2019 by Japanese and British designer "Sage Toda-Nation". The collection fuses the designer's roots in Japanese minimalism with terrace fashion derived from football culture in the late 20th century.

Dress codes derived from British subcultures are expressed in a modern way, using Japanese subtractive aesthetics to create a timeless wardrobe that is detached from fast-moving trends. The outerwear is made from heavyweight British waterproof fabric Ventile.

Since its inception, the brand has resonated with the design approach of industrial designers Kenneth Grange and Dieter Rams, and has used "purpose, perspective and balance" as its philosophy to create products that are not bound by trends or gender.
