"36G ECONYL"

A loopback fabric made from recycled nylon material "ECONYL" and recycled Suvin cotton.

Knitted on a 36G loopback machine, the only one of its kind in Japan.

The combination of a unique sheen and high-gauge, high-density texture creates a distinctive feel unlike anything else.

By using nylon on the outside and cotton on the inside, it achieves a smooth and gentle feel that you wouldn't expect from its appearance.

The nylon side is given a glossy finish through a special process called supercalendering, and further enhanced with a leather-like embossed finish.

This process also provides windproof functionality.

In addition to its high stretchability and addictive comfort, it is also wrinkle-resistant and easy to care for. Of course, it is machine washable.

A minimalist zip-up blouson with all unnecessary elements removed.

It features a rounded silhouette, and the shape can be adjusted at the hem on both sides.

The collar is designed to be easy to wear both up or down. Double zipper with brand-engraved slider.

ECONYL is a recycled material from fishing nets and worn carpets, processed by Aquafil, Italy, to a quality equivalent to virgin nylon by removing impurities. KANEMASA PHIL. is the first Japanese factory brand to sign a contract with ECONYL, securing an exclusive agreement for circular knit fabrics.
