KANEMASA PHIL / 46G Artisan Shirt (Dyed Pink)

As the name suggests, the "Artisan Shirt" is a garment crafted with meticulous attention to detail, from the materials to the sewing and dyeing processes.

This shirt is made from a thin, high-gauge fabric, a material considered difficult to work with, and finished with high-level techniques and uncompromising details.

KANEMASA PHIL.'s unique 46G super-high-gauge jersey fabric is used.

It is made from 100% 80/1 recycled Suvin cotton.

A salt-shrinking process creates a unique crinkled texture, resulting in a rich, one-of-a-kind appearance.

The fabric is then garment-dyed.

A special softening dyeing process enhances the fabric's drape and sheerness.

To maintain the fabric's distinctive texture, each garment is air-dried individually.

With its high stretchability, this is a new staple material that you'll become addicted to after just one wear.

This garment is crafted in a highly skilled Japanese sewing factory, featuring raw edges on the hem, sleeves, and pockets, and finely pitched gathers on the yoke and cuffs.

The details are inspired by dress shirts, and all buttons are mother-of-pearl buttons. The brand's logo is engraved on the back of the buttons.

It features a distinctive boxy silhouette with ample width.

Combined with the soft fabric, it creates a sophisticated drape.

By using raw edges and minimizing the use of interlining, the silhouette is constructed solely from the fabric's natural texture.

*Salt shrinkage - a process where chemicals are impregnated into the fabric to shrink it and create a textured surface.

*Because organic cotton is used, contamination may occur, but please understand that this is characteristic of the fabric.

*Due to the manufacturing process, minor fraying and damage may occur. This may spread with wear and washing. Please handle with care.
